International fashion company Happychic wanted to transform its staff career development and training capabilities by implementing new systems and workflows to enhance service delivery and user experience.
The company set out to develop and deploy a new digitally-based career management solution across its operations, able to support critical aspects of employee engagement and upskilling. This included recruitment, evaluation and professional development, e-learning and training management activities.
Maltem provided access to experienced project and change management capabilities to ensure the new systems and approach met the company’s needs and that transition over to use of the solution was a seamless experience for its staff and teams.
This included supporting the capture of information on organisational needs to inform design and critical functionality for the solution, development of a phased implementation plan and development of training processes and materials, to ensure the transition to the new approach caused minimal disruption to teams.
