Maltem partnered with Accor’s HR and Operations teams to design, develop and deploy a new digital HR experience platform for provision to hotel managers . The new platform supports recruitment and brings greater efficiency and consistency to its engagement with team members around the world.


Maltem Australia supported Accor in delivery of its new platform, from initial project framing, through to input on design specifications,  implementation oversight and change management strategy.
