Founded in 2001 by Jean-Luc Clamen and Pascal Mennesson, Maltem is a company specialising in digital transformation and innovation (digital transformation consulting).
The group’s activities cover a wide range of skills, organised into communities: Consulting, Data, Agility, Dev, Design Experience and Cyber Security, with specific expertise in banking, insurance, retail, energy and media.
With 20 years of experience, the group has strengthened its ability to adapt and evolve to remain innovative in a world constantly changing. It relies on its values of professionalism, responsiveness and performance.
For Jean-Luc Clamen and Pascal Mennesson, social commitment is no longer an option. This is why the group is also a champion of Tech for Good and is committed to responsible digital technology. This commitment is made via the Aldinie Foundation, created in 2016 to help underpriviledge children and young people, and through its Maltem Mooove employee engagement program.

Founded in 2018 by Julien Labouze, Maltem Australia leads the charge in data-driven transformation across the Australia and Asia-Pacific region. Our regional operations are focused on helping organizations leverage data to drive innovation and strategic growth.
In addition to our presence in Australia, Maltem expanded its influence in the Asia-Pacific region with subsidiaries in Singapore, Hong Kong, and the Philippines.
Locally, Our expertise spans industries such as finance, insurance, retail, energy, and telecommunications, with a focus on Data Consulting, Analytics, Business Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Big Data.
