The digital agency Esokia joins the Maltem Group and joins its “Design Experience” community alongside Bocasay, Guiz, Frianbiz and P4H to strengthen its international capacity to support digital transformation. Maltem Group is pleased to announce the acquisition of Esokia, a digital agency based in Paris, Mauritius, Madagascar and Belgrade. Esokia offers a 360° approach from conception, to UX/UI design, through the development of MVPs, websites, marketplaces and mobile applications. Esokia also offers hosting and maintenance of digital services.
The agency joins the Maltem group. Maltem was founded in 2001 by Jean-Luc Clamen and Pascal Mennesson. Maltem is an expert group in digital transformation and innovation which today employs more than 1,000 people (mainly digital strategy consultants , cybersecurity consultants , etc.) in 12 countries. The group’s activities cover a wide range of skills organised into communities:
- Design Experience,
- Cyber Security
… And has specific expertise in the fields of banking, insurance, energy, health, media and sport. health, media and sport.
Esokia will enable Maltem to develop its expertise in e-commerce and its associated technologies such as Drupal, Magento and Symfony. Esokia is expected to grow by 25% in 2021 and has around 100 employees.
In line with the group’s external growth policy, this merger will be carried out with the support of Esokia’s founders, Michel Demari and Patrick Morin, who will remain partners in the company’s capital and participate in this new development phase.
This acquisition was made possible thanks to the recent fund raising by Maltem from Siparex Intermezzo which aims to continue its growth momentum by accelerating its European acquisition strategy with the financial advisory firm Cairn Partners.
